Warranty – Glacier Ozone
All Glacier Ozone Canada ozone generators are covered by an unconditional one (1) year warranty on all parts and labour, except for the high-output germicidal UV lamps, which are warranted separately.
Lamp Warranty
The high-output germicidal UV lamps are warranted for six (6) months from the delivery date, except in cases of physical damage or improper handling. Any damage caused by impact, fall, or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a free exchange under warranty, all replaced parts or lamps must be returned to Glacier Ozone Canada before replacement parts are sent. If defective parts are not returned, replacement costs will be charged to the customer.
Warranty Generator Repair
Any generator returned during the one (1) year warranty period will be inspected and repaired, except for the high-output germicidal UV lamps, within a maximum of ten (10) business days from receipt of the product, subject to parts availability.
No repair charges will be billed during the warranty period, except for shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility for both sending and returning the product.
